Combining the skills & philosophy of Occupational Therapy and the relevant principals of Occupational Health to help people with physical, cognitive, psychological or other health problems to engage with work related activity.

CNS minimises barriers and maximises opportunity for workplace and volunteer roles.

CNS are expertly placed to offer practical support with vocational rehabilitation; utilising skills such as task analysis and specialist evaluation of the Person, Occupation and Environment to achieve this. CNS also offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) assessments and reports.

CNS always take a holistic view, working with all stake holders including employers, employees and colleagues to ensure achievements are sustainable for all. CNS are expert at demystifying themes for employers and organisations such as ‘graded return to work’ and ‘reasonable adjustments’ – CNS will lead and help disentangle these and explore how they can work for the client or an employee.

CNS offers practical solutions to help clients explore the possibility of returning to a workplace role or achieve sustained employment. Working to have a positive impact on physical and mental wellbeing alongside the ability to contribute to an organisation and a client’s own financial value, ethos and independence, in a workplace environment.
